Bold Fashion Choices--Still More Fan-Produced Robin!

It's been a while since we last did this, but let's take another look at at some fan suggestions for a new costume for the Boy Wonder:

Far from the worst we'll see.

No.

That's what Robin's costume needed--more exposed skin!

Very Golden-Agey...

I can't tell if that's just shading or actual fringe under Dick's arms...interesting use of Batman's silhouette on his chest...

The most 70s costume of all time! LOVE IT! Bell bottoms forever!!

The inclusion of chest hair makes the ensemble, I think...

I'd be down with it if it weren't for the oddly two-tone gloves and trunks. What, he's Harvey Dent?

Let's just note that Jim Lee was 11 when this issue was published...did he see this costume?

From Batman Family #4 (1976)

Janet Hetherington's costume is just street clothes with a small mask and gloves - very practical for quick changes, but the whole secret-identity thing wouldn't last long.

It looks like Jamie Hightower's pose is a variation of the cover of Captain Marvel #31. I think Eric Stedman's drawing is a good overall balance. Pretty good efforts from everyone--heck, the only thing I can draw is a raffle ticket!
